The masts works thanks to oil hydraulic cylinders, which are designed and produced in the Lift-Tek factory. Their vast range of products includes 1 to 5 stage mast versions, which can reach 15 metres high and lift up to 52 tons. LIFT-TEK ELECAR design and produce a comprehensive range of masts and integrated attachments for any kind of application. is a global leader in the design and manufacture of masts, for a wide variety of mobile material handling equipment. An innovative control concept ensures that all travel and mast movements transition fluently into each other.Lift Technologies, Inc. The cabin is open on the fork side, meaning that the driver can access the pallet for order picking. In addition to the standard version with additional lift, the V modular is also available with walk-on pallet, in which case the forks are fixed on the truck and surrounded by a safety cage. The variant without free lift allows for quicker lifting because the speed does not need to be reduced during the mast transition. The standard version with free lift is particularly suitable for warehouses with structural restrictions, such as racks over the transfer aisle. Linde offers two triplex masts for the V modular. At the same time, a redesigned chassis and improved load arms guarantee greater stability and optimum maneuverability. In addition, high lifting speeds and residual load capacities, as well as low energy consumption, make the truck extremely efficient. The V modular reaches picking heights of up to 14.5 meters and speeds of up to 13 km/h, optimizing handling performance in the high rack warehouse. The truck can optionally be equipped with tilting barriers, which easily fold outwards when the operator leans against them, therefore making it easier to access the racking. The display also provides information from optional systems such as the Linde Warehouse Navigation. The color display allows the driver to keep an eye on important parameters such as speed, lifting height, remaining load capacity and steering angle. The control panel of the V modular can be mounted on the mast end, load end or on both ends depending on the requirements. The patented ergo pad from Linde allows the operator to lean back, relieving muscle tension. A convenience cover on the mast end of the cabin is available on request, and this offers additional storage space e.g. The driver can work comfortably in the spacious driver’s compartment. A soft floor mat cushions vibrations and prevents the driver getting tired. The wide cabin entrance and low entry height facilitate access to the V modular, while the low railing makes it easier to pick up and put down goods. For wide-aisle applications, the optional Red Warning Lines light system ensures that pedestrians and other trucks keep a sufficient distance from the truck. The Linde System Control calculates the remaining load capacity for the respective lifting height and warns the driver if there is a risk of overloading. The mobile personal safety equipment (mobile PSE) monitors the route and stops the truck if people or obstacles are detected. For example, the aisle safety assistant can be used to define travel and lift stops in order to avoid collisions with the infrastructure. Furthermore, the V modular can optionally be equipped with various assistance systems. The emergency lowering valve under the rear cover is easy to access in a hazardous situation. In addition, the truck will not lift the cabin beyond a height of 1.2 meters if the electrically monitored side barriers are not closed. This means that operating errors and the risk of the operator being injured are almost excluded. In order to move the V modular, the driver must cover the sensor-monitored control elements with both hands and at the same time operate the dead man’s switch with their foot.
